United Blood Services, Fargo, a leader in the blood banking industry, is now taking applications for the position of Donor Care Specialist I. On-the-job training program provides skills to perform interviewing and phlebotomy of blood donors while traveling throughout the region.
Benefit package includes insurance plans (health, vision, and dental), paid time off, pension plan and 401(k) with company match, competitive and progressive wages.
Starting pay $11.05 per hour. 5% pay differential for mobile blood drives and 8% weekend differential. Paid travel expenses.
Monday – Friday, varying hours with 1 – 2 weekends per month. Must be able to work various hours and travel out of town overnight Mon-Thursday up to two weeks out of the month.
